ڈویلپرز، مالیاتی اداروں اور ہماری ہونہار اورمحنتی ٹیم کے باہمی تعاون کے ذریعے ہم پنجاب کے ہر شہری کے لیے گھر کی ملکیت کی رسائی کے لیے پر عزم ہیں۔ ہمارے تشکیل دئیے گئے ماڈلز چاہے وہ بڑے شہروں میں گھر فراہم کرنے کے عوض سرکاری زمین کی فراہمی ہو یا اِس پروگرام کے تحت نجی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں میں سستے مکانات سے مستفید ہونے والے معزز شہریوں کو سبسڈی مہیا کرنا ہو یا شہری علاقوں میں 5 مرلہ تک پلاٹ مالکان بمعہ قبضہ اور دیہاتی علاقوں میں 10 مرلہ تک پلاٹ مالکان بمعہ قبضہ کو بلاسود قرضہ فراہم کرنا ہو، یہ سب کے سب ہمارے کم آمدنی والے خاندانوں کی ترقی کے عزم کی عکاسی کرتے ہیں۔ تبدیلی کے اِس سفر میں آپ ہمارا ساتھ دیں اور ہم مل کر صرف گھر ہی نہیں بلکہ ایک ایسا معاشرہ تشکیل دیں جہاں خواب حقیقت کاروپ دھارتے ہوں۔

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme 2025, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be a permanent resident of Punjab (verified by NADRA).
  • Should be the head of the family (as per NADRA record).
  • Must own 1–5 Marla land in urban areas or 1–10 Marla land in rural areas.
  • Should not be a financial defaulter.
  • No criminal record or FIR against the applicant.
  • Must be registered with National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER).
  • Poverty score (PMT) must be below 60%.

Execution Models of the Scheme

The government has divided the scheme into three models:

1. Public-Private Partnership Model

  • Housing units built on state land in collaboration with developers.
  • PHATA (Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency) provides infrastructure.

2. Private Housing Schemes Model
